China Wuhan International Acrobatic Art Festival (CWIAAF)

  Founded in 1992, CWIAAF is jointly sponsored by the Bureau for External Cultural Relations of MCT, the Art Department of MCT, CAA, China Performing Arts Agency and Wuhan Municipal Government. It takes place every other year and has witnessed 13 sessions so far.
  CWIAAF aims to provide a platform for acrobats from all over the world to showcase and communicate, learn from each other, make new friends, promote innovation and development in circus art, thereby making circus a bridge between China and the rest of the world. Since its establishment, more than 2,000 acrobats from over 40 countries and regions on five continents have staged more than 300 acts. After nearly 30 years of development, CWIAAF is famous in the world for its international, authoritarian and public benefit features.
