The 14th Wuhan International Acrobatic Arts Festival

  The 14th Wuhan International Acrobatic Art Festival took place from March 24-26,2023 in Wuhan City, China. It was jointly sponsored by Wuhan Municipal People’s Government, China Acrobats Association and China Arts and Entertainment Group LTD., and organized by Wuhan Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau.

  The festival follows the theme of “Arts Festival, People’s Festival”, elevates the Wuhan International Acrobatic Arts Festival to a new level and field, strengthens the cultural power of Wuhan, and better meets people’s expectations of spiritual and cultural life.

  The Wuhan International Arts Festival was founded in 1992, and is held every two years. By 2018, there has been 13 successful events. The Wuhan International Acrobatic Arts Festival enjoys the same reputation as the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival, du cirque de domain, and the China Wuqiao International Circus Festival. It has become an important calling card for foreign cultural exchange.

  23 programs from all over the world participated in the 14th Wuhan International Acrobatic Arts Festival. The opening performance was “City of Heroes”, a themed show created by the Wuhan Acrobatic Troupe. The closing performance featured a series of outstanding acrobatic programs. During the festival, there were also acrobatic forums, expert evaluations and public charity events.
